Yeah it's trippy as shit. I don't know if I'm extremely into the music or what, but it gets in into that kind of trance state.

But I love that melodic/ trippy/psychodelic metal style they have going on.

Have you listened to any their other albums other than 'Blood Mountain' (you mentioned their last album right?)?
:iconeu4icmisanthrope:
I've got just about everything they've released.
:iconbrokenlizard2:
me too! what album do you prefer the most?

mine's is actually a split between 'Remission' and the drummer's pre-Mastodon band, Fiend Without A Face's self-titled album. It's sort of like a mixture of horror psychobilly and a touch of metal. I think you may like it :)

Fiend without a face is a project with Brent Hindes, the guitarist. I love that shit. They played a show hear recently in Atlanta. Bummer I didn't get to go.
:iconbrokenlizard2:
hmm, i swear i thought he was the drummer...my bad

they still tour even though the cd is out-of-print? did they play new songs or something? my boyfriend spent $50 on that copy of FWOAF!
:iconbrokenlizard2:
haha, i haven't run into anyone else that has seen "Eraserhead". I loved the movie, but it creeped me out!

Welcome! I'm Raven or brokenlizard2. W/e works for you.

Just joining and you already have many AWESOME pieces for our viewing pleasure :)

Your style is so cool. Your stuff would look awesome on some shirts. You kind of remind me of other kickass artists like Alex Pardee, Derek Strhess, and Florian (the artist for Job For A Cowboy).

I'm amazed at how you implement your fine arts with your graphic design. It works so fluidly.
And your images' resloutions are crystal clear.

I've been wanting to figure out how to do that, so if you get the chance, could you tell me how you do it?

Anyway, I hope you like it here and I can't wait to see more our your work.

peace.
